The women's passion to the bags and fancy purses is the thing that the men would be never able to understand. It is impossible to explain them that the bag, from which any thing as from cosmetics to Yorkshire terrier can be retrieved is a symbol of status and an indicator of emotional state.

Women buy bags in so great quantities that it's quite difficult to denote what is in fashion among them. The level of bags' sales has jumped up to 146% since 2000 . Only last year, more than 350 million dollars were brought on sales of the women's bags. Meanwhile the popularity of luxury handmade bags manufactured by designers and craftsmen is growing immensely.

The researchers of the phenomenon of female love to bags and purses think that increase in purchases of unusual bagsis caused by that nowadays women are more self-sufficient, earn more and, consequently, spend more - on stylish accessories and handbags. Thus, women of fashion can afford to have a large variety of bags for work, handbags for daily life, purses for high-life routs and unusual bags for rural travels.
